Appointment Policy

We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled/rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

 Our doctors & hygienists want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen.

We do allow for one broken appointment as a courtesy.

Any additional failed appointments will be charged a fee of $50.00 for a hygiene appointment and $75.00 per hour for a doctor's appointment.

After two failed appointments we may require a deposit of up to 100% that will be applied to your treatment in order to reserve any further appointments.

After three failed appointments you risk being dismissed from the practice.

Thank you for being a valued patient and for your understanding and cooperation. This policy will enable us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of all patients.
