Digital impressions

You may be familiar with the traditional way of taking impressions of your teeth, which involves using a plastic tray filled with a thick, elastomeric material that hardens around your teeth.  This traditional method is often uncomfortable for patients and causes some patients to gag.  With digital impressions using our I-tero machine, we eliminate the plastic trays and the thick material.  The digital impression is more accurate and more comfortable to the patient.  We use the Itero machine to analyze a patient’s bite, take impressions for crowns, bridges and clear aligner braces (Invisalign)
